DON'T GO HERE!!

What a horrible experience. I went for a dealfind coupon for a cleaning inside and out. It ended up taking 3 1/2 hours and that was after complaining that I had another appointment to get to. The owner and the workers did not seem very professional. One worker came up to use the washroom that is in the waiting room and you could tell that he was smoking in there from the aroma. They take your car in the back so you can't see what is going on. I was so disappointed by the cleaning. I still had bugs on the front of my car. They did not vacumn out my trunk and they did not touch my wheels or rims. The windows were terrible on the outside and they didn't even clean them on the inside. The worst thing that happened was I had things missing from inside my vehicle. My leather gloves that were missing was the last straw. I know they were in my vehicle because I had them on that morning when I filled up with gas. When I phoned them back the owner said he would check with the cleaner so I phoned later and was told that they were not there. I had taken time off work to get this done and it was a total waste of time. I could have done a better job myself in 1 hour. I will stick to cleaning it myself from now on. Will never go here again and will tell everyone else the same. Don't know how they stay in business? DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!

Very disappointed with my experience at Picadilly Motors. Made a reservation 5 days in advance to have 2 cars detailed. When we arrived (on time) they said they had too many cars to do that day and would not be able to honour the reservation.
-without any apologies!
They finally agreed to take the vehicles after some pleading on our part; my friend had drove in from Kitchener and we were supposed to be getting our cars detailed together. They had told me on the phone earlier that week that they would do the 2 cars consecutively; one at 10am, the other at 11 and we would be done by noon. Assumes we would go for lunch locally and pick the cars up after. In the end we had to wait 6 HOURS to have them both back!!
BEST PART - they did a HORRIBLE job and tried to have me pay $20 extra AFTER "cleaning" it because they alleged there was fur on the seats. I refused to pay any extra, especially due to the fact that they did not quote me any additional costs upon initial vehicle inspection; not to mention the fact that most of my day was wasted without my car. Owner was rude and the place was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL overall.
If you're wanting good service, this isn't the place for you.
