Changed my perspective

On a recent visit to my Acura Dealership my perspective of the stereotypical "auto-mechanic" was completely redefined. Our 2010 model TL was still under warranty but the service required was designated as more of a wear and tear issue. Given the sugjective nature of the repairs required I together with the service representative review scenarios of how this problem could have occured. Much attention was devoted to my specific issue by both the service representative and the mechanic himself. The dealership really took a very sincere position in understanding the problem and how best to satisfy a long time customer. As we delvied into the particulars I was encouraged that the team at the dealership were not only looking for dollar signs but had in fact come to a roadmap by which my out of pocket costs were significanlty reduced. Besides my appreciation to the staff for their consideration and time I have a much higher comfort level in dealing with the dealership. The average customer very much dreads his/her quartely visits to the mechanic as it is usually scene as a licence for the auto-shop to print money. Once a positive experience is solidified with a staff that seems to care that stereotypical impression is changed forever. Thank you again!

Acura Customer Service

We purchased our car from Acura of North Toronto and continue to go their for maintenance because of the excellent service. In particular, our Service Advisor, Dale is always helpful and accommodating. The work is done quickly and explained in PLAIN English. Plus, they offer free coffee, wi-fi, shuttle and office space if you are waiting there.
