Had my driver side window replaced after my car got broken into and the window busted. The car was returned to me dirty with grease stains on the inside, they cracked the wood trim on the inside of the door and did not tell me about it and on top of everything else there was almost a 1/4' gap between the bottom of the glass and the rubber water seal letting in water into my door.
When I complained about the shoddy service (my family has been bringing them cars for 10 years for tires and other light service) they just brushed me off, told me they did not crack the wood trim and basically said they did a good job and if I wanted better I should have taken it to an autobody place, which they did not recommend before they agreed to take the job.
