Andy and his staff provide excellent service to all people, no matter their race, gender (yes, he actually respects women), religion, etc. He explains all aspects of car repairs in plain language and doesn't think any question is 'stupid'. Also, he takes great pains to make sure he has qualified staff to service all cars. For example, with my hybrid car, he sent one mechanic specifically to Texas to receive special training on how to maintain a hybrid battery and engine. As well, AE Auto Plus specializes in restoring the engines of antique cars (ie. he has a beautiful 1956 Ford in the back of the shop.) Also has free wi-fi available if you want to do some work while you're waiting for the repair or oil change to be completed. Has free loaner cars available and is happy to give you a lift out to or pick up from Bayview Ave. if needed.
