I have been driving manual transmission now for 35 years. First time ever I needed a clutch replacement.

I work in the limousine industry. I asked around and was told to see the boys at Diamond Transmission.

Guilo was kind enough to drive me home and pick me up since I live a few blocks from their shop.

Their service is second to none. My car was ready even before the time promised.

Andy and his staff provide excellent service to all people, no matter their race, gender (yes, he actually respects women), religion, etc. He explains all aspects of car repairs in plain language and doesn't think any question is 'stupid'. Also, he takes great pains to make sure he has qualified staff to service all cars. For example, with my hybrid car, he sent one mechanic specifically to Texas to receive special training on how to maintain a hybrid battery and engine. As well, AE Auto Plus specializes in restoring the engines of antique cars (ie. he has a beautiful 1956 Ford in the back of the shop.) Also has free wi-fi available if you want to do some work while you're waiting for the repair or oil change to be completed. Has free loaner cars available and is happy to give you a lift out to or pick up from Bayview Ave. if needed.

Changed my perspective

On a recent visit to my Acura Dealership my perspective of the stereotypical "auto-mechanic" was completely redefined. Our 2010 model TL was still under warranty but the service required was designated as more of a wear and tear issue. Given the sugjective nature of the repairs required I together with the service representative review scenarios of how this problem could have occured. Much attention was devoted to my specific issue by both the service representative and the mechanic himself. The dealership really took a very sincere position in understanding the problem and how best to satisfy a long time customer. As we delvied into the particulars I was encouraged that the team at the dealership were not only looking for dollar signs but had in fact come to a roadmap by which my out of pocket costs were significanlty reduced. Besides my appreciation to the staff for their consideration and time I have a much higher comfort level in dealing with the dealership. The average customer very much dreads his/her quartely visits to the mechanic as it is usually scene as a licence for the auto-shop to print money. Once a positive experience is solidified with a staff that seems to care that stereotypical impression is changed forever. Thank you again!

I had some pretty bad bumps and scrapes on the body and bumpers on my BMW X3 and took my vehicle to Central Auto Body on Eastern Avenue. I didn't want to jump through the annoying hoops at BMW, so decided to try and get my vehicle fixed at a local body shop.

They were really nice to deal with, did great work and completed the work on time and for the exact estimate given.

I felt compelled to write a review just to thank them because they seem like a nice family.

I waited so long to have this work done. Had I known it was this easy, I would have done it much sooner.

The garage is huge and I assume that the man who worked on my car has been doing this kind of work all his life. He knows what he is doing.

I highly recommend Central Auto Body.

Rick Morgan has been servicing my Familys RV's , we have been following him to where ever he has worked,since 1985. I am so happy That he now owns his own Business ,He does the best work , I would never have any one else work on my RV's, his hourly rate is also very reasonable he is mobile and will come to you. To say that they provide terrible customer service would be too kind! They are extremely unprofessional and did not complete the work as stated on the bill! I had to take my car to another shop to have the "work" they "did" fixed! Don't waste your time with this "shop"
It doesn't deserve the 1star this site forced me to give!
