NEVER AGAIN!!!

I would NEVER go back,

Here's my story.

I purchased a 2000 Mercury Cougar from them in October 2012,
The first week I had the car, the battery died 3 times, I took it back to them and explained what happened they told me that the alternator is under warrantly and they would replace it, so they did, with a used one...
then 2 weeks later it died again, so they replaced it again, with another used one. then a few weeks later it died again, by this point I knew it was not the alternator, which I told them, but they insisted it was, I brought the car back to them a final time, while they were attempting to "fix" it, it caught fire under the hood. damaging a significant amount of the car, Melted the headlights, melted the interior hood release, melted tubes to the transmission, smoke damage, and much more. they also continuosly left something on the battery and everytime they closed the hood it put a small dent in the hood, now totally 6 dents. I then took the burnt, dieing, dented car to another garage, they popped the hood, told me exactly what was wrong, it was a plug that goes from the battery to the alternator that is not fully connecting due to bent pins in the plug, the replaced it and its been fine ever since.
Muraca's has refused to fix any damage they did to the car, even though it was their fault, there never would have been a fire if they had diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. now I have badly dented hood, trunk release that doesnt work, melted transmission cords, and SEVERELY melted headlights, totally a repair cost of +$2000.
I also told them that my power steering is very tough and VERY loud, Never even looking at it, they said there is just air in the line, and that noise would go away, its been 3 months and it is louder then ever.

I would NEVER go back to them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
