When I got a crack in my windshield I wasn't really sure what to do because it has never happened before. My mechanic gave me the name of Flash Auto Glass and I took my car in. They were very experienced and had my car fixed and back on the road in no time. I was very impressed with the information that I was given, and the finished product. I would use them again in a second.

Got an oil change here recently, The manager is a jerk but they did the job.

I would recommend anyone go to this location of Canadian Tire. They have the greatest people working there, very professional and friendly. Hard to come by people like that these days, they have a true passion for their industry.

canadian tire always has excellent service no matter which location I goto, but the ones here are extra friendly, professional and know how to make a customer leave with a smile. very satisfied!

NEVER use Canadian Tire AGAIN!

A little over a month ago I had a tire go flat on me, I could tell it needed to be replaced so I went to the local Canadian Tire since it was close to where I live, and after all I just needed a tire change.

BIG MISTAKE
When we were pricing options I was shocked to find out that the existing tire on my car (that was purchased from the same Canadian Tire) was not actually appropriate for the speed rating of my car – strange since you recommended it. Knowing this and the rest of the tire were had seen better days I decided to get 4 brand new tires for my car and asked that they keep the back 2 tires since there was a newer one of which had been replaced by them before.

When I picked up my car I just happened to look in the trunk and noticed the tires I asked to be saved weren’t there (at least my spare was!). I ran back into the store to see mention it to one of the Staff. I then watched and waited as he went from mechanic to mechanic trying to figure out what happened to my tires. After about 30-45 min he came out with some long story about how they had left them for 2 seconds and the truck that picked up their tires had to come to throw them out. I’m not even going to get started with the ridiculous story I got with what happened to my tires.

The manager was not in so I had to get in touch through email and later by phone. What I found very insulting is the lack of compassion for a mistake that they clearly made. To make matters even worse, first insult me trying by offering to find used tires. WELL NOO I’m sorry those won’t do. You then offered me the same 2 tires that you just said were not of speed rating for more car – try again, I don’t think so. Finally because I’m a human being who is a little more focus on life then spending my time arguing, I settled for some money back at less than $200. I feel a bit robbed but what can I say, I won’t ever use this brand again. As a Canadian I’m sad to have a brand with our name on in it that puts such a bad taste in people’s mouth.

We took the car in and they did the test accurately and quickly, they even offered us coffee while we waited.
